How to verify a US residential IP (AT&T)

Before you buy static residential, confirm three things: is it home broadband, is it a datacenter in disguise, and has this range recently been used for scanning or credential stuffing. The digits themselves do not prove anything — inspect the network behind them. Paid exits on proxy.amlkai.com are AT&T (AS7018) IPv4 static residential, 10 Mbps. 1. Read the ASN first, then whether it is an ISP

Home broadband and datacenter traffic do not look different as numbers. They differ by the autonomous system (ASN) that announces them. Common US residential ISPs include AT&T AS7018 and Comcast AS7922. Common datacenter networks include AWS, GCP, Azure, Hetzner, and DigitalOcean.

Look up the address on ipinfo.io (org / asn, and whether it is hosting). IPinfo uses as.type to distinguish isp from hosting. 2. The words “home broadband” are not enough

ping0 risk values: under 15 is extremely clean, under 50 is generally treated as safe, 70+ can be blocked; home broadband can still score high. No vendor score equals ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini risk control.
